Fruits with Tajín

“Spice up” a humble bowl of your favourite fresh fruits by adding a sprinkling of the Mexican pantry staple, Tajín. The combination of its’ three dried chillies, dehydrated lime & sea salt complement the sweetness of the fruit to keep your mouth watering & your tastebuds in fiesta mode. Add some freshly squeezed some fresh lime for some extra tang!

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 jicama (Chinese potato)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 mango
  • Sprinkle of Tajín

Cooking Instructions

1. Simply cut your favourite fruits into bite-sized pieces.

2. Sprinkle them with a bit of Tajín seasoning for a zesty kick.

3. For some extra tang, bless them with a squeeze of fresh lime!
